It's been a quiet winter on this blog, but now I

have things to write about--such as, we are having unusually warm weather this week (70's) and my spring bulbs are popping up all over the place. Please obser-uv the cute croci, daffodil and Texas Scarlet quince. A couple of hyacinths are starting to come up, and I should have tulips, anemones, grape hyacinths, and other daffodils soon as well. Right now it's heavy on the yellow, but I've got a lot of white, blue, pink, purple, and red coming. I've also planted some pots of bulbs and pansies, lettuce, and spinach. Below is a mix of Swiss Chard (yellow and red) with pansies and primroses.

Those are just loverly--a very happy scene you have there, Vic.
Nothin but snow, ice and semi-frozen puddles around here. I'm winter-sowing, though: lettuce tonight.
